United StatesNice product and quality on par with more expensive options. Used in mid-30sF conditions and was very warm. Fleece is compact so was not expecting it to be as efficient and heat retaining at it was. This is a nice surprise in that it works better than a more bulky or heavier fleece neck/face shield would without all the extra weight.
