Reship and Refunds

RE-SHIP PROCEDURE

For our Domestic SA Team Members,

Please allow 20 business days before you do the following:

  • Invalid Address: If your address has been determined to be invalid, we will need you to verify your address. A fee may be incurred if we have to adjust your address and reship your package.
  • Dead Letter: If the tracking number shows “Dead Letter”, no worries! We will reship your order at no cost to you.
  • Missing or Incorrect Item: If you were missing an item, received the wrong item or wrong size, no worries! We will send you a return label to have the issue resolved at no cost to you.
For our International SA Team Members,

Please allow 20 business days before you do the following:

Tracking to Country: If you paid for this shipping method, we will need your package to be returned to us before being able to reship the order. A fee may be incurred if we reship your order. Please see International Shipping Policy and Link below:

  • delivery usually occurs within 7-10 business days. In some cases, delivery can take up to 25 or more business days due to the locations of certain countries.
  • SA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCT IN ROUTE.
  • CUSTOMERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY.
  • Most packages ship within 48 hours.

Priority and Express: If you have not received your package and the shipping address is incomplete or invalid, please contact us to verify your shipping address. If changes to the address need to be made, a fee may be incurred to reship the order. If you haven’t received your package and we have not received the package back, and it has been 20 business days, we will reship your package at no cost to you.

Please note: We will only be able to reship an International Order once.

REFUND PROCEDURE

  • If the tracking number shows updates, we will ONLY be able to refund product cost.
  • If the tracking number never updates, we will issue a FULL REFUND.

Please note: Domestic customers must wait 20 business days from the last scan. International customers must wait 20 business days from the last scan.
