Lifetime Warranty on all SA Co. Face Shields®, Frost Tech™ Fleece Face Shields & SA Silicone Rings
Please read the guidelines below so we can ship you your warranty Face Shield®, Frost Tech Fleece Face Shield or Silicone Ring as soon as possible:
- MUST provide your original damaged product either by photo or physically sending it.
- ANY issues you incur, we will replace your product for free
- Only fee to you is shipping
Lifetime Warranty on SA Co. Sunglasses
SA Co. eye-wear has a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Upon receipt of the warranty claim we will repair or replace your SA Co. eyewear (please note the scope of warranty as defined in the paragraph Limited Warranty). A processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, is charged for each warranty claim processed.
The Domestic warranty processing claim fee is $19.99 per pair (which includes return shipping/handling), plus applicable sales tax, for shipments made within the United States and to Puerto Rico.
An International warranty claim processing fee will apply for shipments made outside of the United States and Puerto Rico, the cost for which is determined by the specific geographic location. Contact the SA Co. Customer Service Department for more information on warranty processing fees outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Please note that we do not accept cash, checks or money orders as a form of payment.
SA’s Sunglass Lifetime Limited Warranty
SA Co. will repair or replace all SA Co. sunglasses that have defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. SA Co. will only replace SA Co. sunglasses with an identical or reasonably equivalent style of SA Co. sunglasses only if SA Co. determines, in its sole discretion, that the SA Co. sunglasses have a manufacturer’s defect and are otherwise beyond repair.
All warranty claims examined by SA Co. are subject to a case-by-case evaluation for the lifetime limited warranty to be applicable
The customer is responsible for cost of shipment to SA. Co. A processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus any applicable tax, will be charged for each warranty claim processed. SA Co. Limited Warranty Exclusions
SA Co. Sunglass Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by SA Co. not to be defects in materials or workmanship (“Non-Covered Damage”). For information concerning SA’s Repair Program for Non-Covered Damage, including applicable fees, visit repairs.safishing.com.
SA Co.’s limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

SA Co.’s Sunglasses Repair Program
In the event your SA Co.’s sunglasses need repairs of any kind and such repairs do not fall under the Limited Warranty, your SA Co. sunglasses may be repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new pair.
To start the repair process for Non-Covered Damage, click on the link below and complete the repair form. You will be asked to send the SA Co. sunglasses (at your cost) to SA Co. for SA Co.’s evaluation.
Warranty on SA Co.’s Apparel Products
All SA Co.'s apparel products we warranty for 30 days.
Warranty FOR SA BELTS, APPLE WATCH BANDS, DOG COLLAR AND LEASHES
Our products are made with a premium and highly durable thermo elastomer material that is designed to endure extreme adventures. This means if your dog collar, Apple Watch band, belt or if the buckle breaks or wears and is no longer functional through normal use, we will replace it within 90 days.
IS YOUR PRODUCT BROKEN AND/OR NO LONGER WORKING?
Within 90 days, we will replace your item at no additional cost to you. Just send an email to email@example.com, including a photo of the broken product, proof of purchase, a brief description of what occurred to cause the damage and/or wear and tear, and confirmation of your shipping address. A customer service professional will assist you with your replacement within 1-3 business days.
HAS YOUR PRODUCT FADED? IS THE AWESOME DESIGN WEARING OFF? IS YOUR HARDWARE TARNISHING?
Within 90 days of your original purchase, we will replace your item at no additional cost to you. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including a photo of the fading/tarnished product, proof of purchase and confirmation of your shipping address. A customer service professional will assist you with your replacement within 1-3 business days.
*Please note that damage caused by chewing or heavy scratching does not warrant a “fading” replacement. SA will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any SA product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property. Products broken, stained or damaged by personal property are also not eligible for replacement under our guarantee.
