The product is great, everything I expected, very pleased. What I'd rather express is the excellent customer service. There were some shipping issues with my original order. I received updates about weather delays. Given the heads up, I expected a longer than average delivery. When I didn't get an update for some time, I reached out. I was informed of inquiry and given a couple days too see if there was a change, and if not to reach back out. This happened to be a holiday so I gave an extra day or two. I expressed that no change had occurred, and was asked to verify shipping information. Promptly, I received notification that my order was being shipped, and received my product in a very reasonable time later. I've purchased several times from this supplier, and this was my first issue, through no fault of their own, and their response was prompt and courteous, and exceeded my expectations. When I get compliments from their products, I always make sure to give a recommendation!

Hat is very warm and comfortable, hardly even know it’s on if you have one of the face shields underneath

This hat did the job I'm happy with my purchase. Too bad I didn't need it too much this winter in South Dakota
