The hat looks great, When I got my package that said fragile it was smashed completely even the post office worker said oh gosh I hope it’s not broken because of the fragile sticker, the hat was just crinkled up pretty good, The hat seems fine, not sure if it could be packaged differently. I still gave it 5 stars because the product is good, hopefully they show up to other places and the delivery company pays more attention to the fragile sticker.
