    The product is good. It’s made well & looks nice but in the photo the mesh part appears gray; it’s white. Customer service is nonexistent too. I ordered 2 items. They were shipped separately but under the same order & tracking number. Received one item only. When I emailed repeatedly letting them know part of the order was missing, no reply from them. No response via chat. No response via email. And I couldn’t find a phone number. The missing item did arrive. However I still don’t understand what happened. The shipping issue wasn’t their fault but still some communication would’ve been nice.
