The stitch work on one of the hats was really bad, the writing is almost unreadable like the machine went over the same spots multiple times and crooked, on top of that it got destroyed in transit and I'm getting no answers from the company after a couple tries on different contacts.

Did not like the way it was shipped. It was in a small box and the hat is not flat the way it should be. It was scrunched up in the box. Now we have to pay to hopefully fix it.
