The product is decent quality. I will know more when I wash everything and see how it holds up under normal use. The customer service was very good. My order came with a free bag from 221B. The bag shipped directly from the warehouse in NY, but was the same tracking number. So when it got here in 2 days it confused the system down at SA and only part of my order got shipped. I spoke to Karol and she did everything she could to get my order straightened out. I sent the documentation needed to verify I only received a partial order. The second time, the same thing happened, so I reached out to Karol and asked her to try sending the missing items without the bag from 221B since I already had one. She did just that and all of my missing items made it to me. I completely understand that sometimes logistics get in the way. Karol and SA did an outstanding job getting everything straightened out. I like the shirt, so I might buy another one.
