    Are you serious?

    I'm done with SANo longer a fan or a client.Shorts arrived with ZERO assault sail fish on them. They're solid grey.I made four attempts to rectify the situation with ZERO response.This company no longer exists.I no longer recommend to friends and family.Shop elsewhere..

    Great products - Dishonest customer service

    I visited the site and found these shorts along with a few other items I liked on June 21st. I signed up to receive their text alerts/deals and was told I would get 15% off my next purchase as well as a free gift. That same day, I made a purchase of these shorts, sunglasses, and a dry bag using the discount link in my text messages. No discount was taken off and nothing was said about a free gift. I responded to the text with this same information. All the customer service representative (or AI bot) will say is "I'll get with my team and let you know". Over two months later, I have not heard back from this "team". I've checked in a few times with this rep (bot) and I get the same response. All I really want is refunded the 15% I was promised, they can keep the free gift. OR just tell me the 15% will be applied to a future purchase. This company has really good stuff. I will buy from them again - guaranteed! But don't promise discounts and free stuff if you're not going to deliver.
