HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?
Not happy with your SA product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:
- Please contact SA on live chat or by phone and we can advise how to return if you are needing help with an exchange.
- Please ship back to our facility: 2045 High Ridge Rd, Suite A, Boyton Beach FL 33426; with a note explaining what you would like (full refund or exchange)
- International shipping charges cannot be refunded.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Items must be unworn and still have packaging intact.
*We will not process refunds for items without packaging intact*
AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?
At this time, we are able to exchange product for equal value.
A shipping and handling fee will be charged to customers for exchanges.
ITEM MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER?
All claims for missing items need to be claimed within 14 days once your item is delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise can be returned for a product refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise can be returned for a product refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.
Upon receipt of returned goods, SA Co. reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
At this time, SA Co. only offers USPS return labels for domestic customers if we have made a packing Error.
Otherwise, we are unable to provide a return label and customers are required to pay shipping on return orders.
The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the United States.
