    Product & customer service is absolute trash

    Straw hat was shipped rolled up in a box too small for it so the brim of the hat was warped when pulling it out, glue used to hold it together was protruding from a couple areas on the outer top of the hat, the SA patch on it has black ink/dye bled into it and looks terrible and the white stripes on the bottom were stained brown when I pulled it out of the box. I messaged about the hat and they sent me a form for return but once I click it that form says the product I purchased it not available for return or exchange. I promptly messaged back with no reply since and that was the day I removed it from the box when it arrived at my house over a week ago. Completely unsatisfied with product and service . I will leave a bad review on every single ad I see posted for SA til they make it right .

    Love this hat!

    Beautiful, high quality, large brim. Did a great job of keeping the sun off my head/ neck shoulders. The synthetic straw is great because it got wet and didn't fall apart like others I've had that were real straw.

    Did not receive it.

    My package was delivered. And since you use UPS, those guys put the package right against the front door. Even if I have pillars of stone approximately 2 feet alway. That they can hid the package. But nope, just put a big sign for package thieves to take your products from me. I bought a hat prior to this purchase. I loved it but now I am out 60 dollars and probably will not order anything else from you
