Where is customer support?

I think I was sent a youth hat? I sent 2 separate requests for support (one on reply to my confirmation order and another though the SA support email) and have not received a response from 2 weeks ago. The hat does not fit and I have a normal size head. Maybe it is a QAQC issue and it was not sewn properly? I guess I will never know
